Supporting Efficiency in Policy Design and Development
At Research and Management Consulting, we help various organizations with their policy-making process. We pinpoint key areas and recommend strategies that work for each company’s needs.
What We Do
We improve organizational alignment and orientation by reducing ambiguity. Our experts moderate the rule proliferation process to help each organization and institution design better rules, regulations, and policies.
Our Expertise
The company was developed by a consultant who is studying rule-making processes. The defined methodology we apply today is based on the empirical evidence we have gathered thus far and ongoing research.
What is Rule Proliferation?
This is the process of gathering additions, changes, and complexities within an organization’s rules and policies.
What is an Area of Ambiguity?
These are the portions that contribute to the complexities of each rule or policy. They generate multiple, possibly conflicting interpretations of the said rules.
